Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., final sale, personalized, or perishable goods) — these will be noted on the product page. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
